  • Mr. R.S. Sharma

    Mr. R.S. Sharma is serving as Chairman, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) since August 10, 2015. Prior to joining TRAI, Mr. R.S. Sharma was working as Secretary to Government of India in the Department of Electronics and Information Technology. He has also worked as Chief Secretary to the State Government of Jharkhand (India). His other assignments include Director General and Mission Director of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) where he was responsible for over-all implementation of this ambitious and challenging project undertaken by the Government of India for providing Unique Identification (christened as “Aadhaar”) to all its Residents. Mr. Sharma has been deeply involved in the administrative reforms and leveraging IT to simplify the administrative processes. Mr. Sharma holds a Masters Degree in Mathematics from IIT, Kanpur (India) and another Masters in Computer Science from the University of California (USA).


  • Mr. Srinivas Yelandur, Director & Digital Advisory, Services Leader, EY LLP

    As a leader for the Digital Advisory business at EY, Srinivas drives the digital vision for EY in the India market. Srinivas drives digital enablement for clients across the corporate functions. He advises on corporate strategy (growth, market entry, competitive positioning), customer strategy (channels, distribution and sales), marketing, customer experience, along with emerging areas like transactions, tax, risk and law in the digital space. Formerly the Digital Strategy Leader in APAC for Accenture, he brings 16 years of experience working at Accenture, Gartner and IBM with digital customers in India, Americas, Europe and Asia. Srinivas is an alumnus from the INSEAD Business School, France and also holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Computer Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Bangalore University.

  • Bhavik Vasa

    Bhavik Vasa heads the gifting and strategic alliance function at ItzCash since 2010, thereby managing new business roll-outs of Incentives solutions & prepaid card programs. He commands close to a decade of in-depth experience in Digital Commerce, Mobile technologies, Loyalty and Incentive Programs. Prior to ItzCash, Bhavik led the expansion and setup of Global Prepaid Exchange (UK) presence across India & South Asia. He was a founding member of Radical Payments and ISTS Worldwide – US based bespoke technology solutions ventures across financial services, retail and mobile payments. Bhavik holds a Bachelors degree with honors in International Business & Management from Northwood University, Florida and has executive training in Entrepreneurship from Stanford University.


  • Bipin Preet Singh

    Bipin founded MobiKwik with the vision of making mobile payments easier for the average Indian. He has worn several hats at MobiKwik, from engineering to leading the business development, marketing, and advertising teams. Bipin’s current focus is on taking the wallet to a billion Indians by driving product innovation and brand marketing. Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Bipin spent 7 years as a Platform Architect at companies such as Intel, Nvidia, and Freescale. Bipin did his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT-Delhi. At the age of 29, when faced with a choice to spend his savings on an expensive B-school degree from a top university in the US or use the money to startup, Bipin chose the latter. It was a decision that saw him making a difficult shift from hardware to software, learn programming from scratch, and bootstrap his way to success.


  • Debajyoti Gupta

    Debajyoti Gupta joined Union Bank of India on in 1977 as a direct Officer. He is presently in charge of Digital Banking Department of the Bank and is driving the digital initiatives of Union Bank of India such as ATMs, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, POS, Payment Gateway, Cashless Campus Project, Digital Wallets etc. In his previous role, he was driving the CASA portfolio of the Bank and also managing the Customer Service, Customer Grievance Redressal. Debajyoti holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from Utkal University and CAIIB from Indian Institute of Bankers, Mumbai. He is a member of various Committees of the Top Management of the Corporate office, is a nominated director in the Board of NPCI and is playing a pivotal role in the digitization of the Banking activities.


  • Kumar Karpe

    Kumar Karpe is the CEO and whole time Director at TechProcess Payment Services Ltd, a leading electronic payment processing company that pioneered online payments in India with its property- Bill Junction - India’s first electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) service. Having joined TechProcess in July 2010 he has led its transformation to become one of India’s leading electronic payments platforms. Prior to joining TechProcess, Kumar was the Director - Financial Services Sector at IBM India. He joined IBM in the year 1998 and played a pivotal role in the decision making process apart from devising go to market strategies being an integral part of IBM’s leadership teams in India as well as ASEAN/ South Asia. He holds a degree in management from Bharti Vidyapeth, Poona University with a specialization in marketing. He is an alumnus of Ferguson College, Pune having a completed his Bachelor of Science in Physics.


  • Ravi Jagannathan

    Since founding Y-CASH Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Ravi Jagannathan is leading the company to worldwide prominence in the mobility centric enterprise solutions especially in payment and retail space. He has a vast experience of starting and grooming various consumer technology ventures. Some of his successful ventures in the immediate past include eMudhra and Taxsmile, successful consumer tech brands in India. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mr. Jagannathan has provided management, tax, audit, project finance, International JV consulting related services to global clients during initial years of his career and later diversified his career into Information Technology industry. As part of Senior Management team in UBICS and subsequently in ICICI Infotech, and 3I Infotech he was spearheading multiple functions in their US, UK and India operations. He has a global experience of over 25 years.

  • Chandra Gupta

    Chandra Gupta holds over 18 years of work experience in the BFSI sector. He is presently serving as the Chief Technology Officer of Reliance Asset Management Company. He is the Member of Senior Leadership and Management Team participating in business strategies across the front & back office. Amongst his initiatives at Reliance AMC, he drove and launched state of the art Analytical, Digital and Mobility solutions for Investors and Distributors viz. first in the industry Video/Webchat Chat, Distributor Initiated Transactions, E-KYC etc. Prior to Reliance, Chandra has worked with other leading financial sector institutions including Barclays, RBS, Citigroup, and Citicorp Overseas Software as well. He holds B.Tech Electronics, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.


  • Lovaii Navlakhi

    Lovaii Navlakhi is the Founder and CEO of International Money Matters, a SEBI Registered Investment Advisory firm. With over 30 years of top-notch industry experience, an MBA (Finance) from SP Jain Institute of Management, an ICWA, the distinction of being one of the first Certified Financial Planners (CFP) from India and a stellar reputation in the world of personal finance, Lovaii firmly believes in continuing education as a way of life. He has founded "The Financial Alphabet" which focuses on financial literacy. He is often quoted and widely read across publications and personal finance websites and heard across personal finance shows on television. He has authored a book "A Layman's Guide to Retirement Planning" published by Outlook Money in 2007.


  • Govind Saxena

    Govind Saxena heads iDigital, the Digital Banking Technologies business at Intellect Design Arena Ltd. He comes with extensive experience in Retail and Transaction Banking Technologies. During 20 plus years of his career, he has worked with leading global banking customers architecting, designing and developing solutions for their Channels, Payments, Cash Management, Core Banking, Lending, Trade & Supply Chain Finance requirements. He has been working on Digital Technology Innovations for over 5 years now. Some of the innovative products designed by him in the Payments, Receivables and Supply Chain Finance space have won awards and accolades from the analyst community.


  • Vineet Arora

    Vineet Arora is the Executive Vice President and Head – Product, Distribution & Marketing at ICICI Securities. He is responsible for all investment products and asset products. Vineet has been instrumental in establishing ICICIdirect as a leading player in the personal finance space in India. Besides this, Vineet also set up the ICICIdirect Centre for Financial Learning (ICFL). Vineet joined ICICI Group in 2002 as part of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. At ICICI Prudential, he was part of the key team which made ICICI Prudential largest player in the private sector market and its non agency business the largest in India. Prior to ICICI, Vineet has spent his career in retail sales across industries, including Consumer Durables, FMCG and Financial Services. Vineet is a mechanical engineer from Delhi College of Engg. and M.B.A from XIM, Bhubaneswar.

  • Adhil Shetty

    Adhil Shetty is the Founder and CEO of BankBazaar.com. He has set for himself an incisive vision – that of making BankBazaar.com the go-to brand for inves¬tors and loan aspirants - that is bound to shift the contours of how loans, cards and insurance products are bought by individuals. BankBazaar.com was born in 2008 as the result of a frustrating personal search for a loan. Thus, Adhil conceptualized a marketplace which made the process of taking financial products much more transparent and simple. Adhil credits a strong management team and a driven workforce for this unflagging growth. An engineering graduate from Anna University and holder of a Master’s degree in Interna¬tional Relations from Columbia University, Adhil held decisive positions at Deloitte Touche Tomahatsu’s US East Alliance and Cisco Systems before he dived headlong into scripting the BankBazaar story.


  • Eknath Pai Kasturi

    Eknath is currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Access Matrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He was born in Mangalore in an affluent Konkani family in 1961. He completed his education up to pre-university in Mangalore and then completed his Chemical Engineering from Karnataka Regional Engineering College (KREC) now known as NIT-K. Thereafter, apart from working in family business for a brief while, he also gained experience through working in external organizations. He has also worked in Sales and Distribution and Global Business Services at IBM. In 2011, he joined Access Matrix Technologies, and presently he leads the organization as its COO and is engaged with the Financial and Automotive sectors to implement these solutions. His hobbies include golf and traveling and he has a keen interest in all sports.


  • Manish Sinha

    Manish Sinha is the India Country Leader at Equifax, providing leadership and oversight for both the Bureau and Analytics businesses in India. He is managing the full scope of operations in India. Manish holds a Master of Business of Administration Strategy and Finance from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and a Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). Prior to Equifax, he was with HSBC India where he served as the Head of Consumer Assets and Head of Customer Value Management. Earlier, Manish was employed with London-based Barclays Bank for seven years, and was responsible for leading the group credit strategy initiatives launching the Barclaycard business in India serving as the Chief Credit Officer. An avid athlete, Manish enjoys playing golf, tennis, football, cricket as well as spending time with his wife and two children. He will make his home in Mumbai.


  • Saikat Sarkar

    Saikat Sarkar is the Country Risk Manager for the consumer business of Citibank India. He has been with Citibank India since July 1996 with experience across various functions including Collections, Call Center migration management, Consumer (NRI) Operations and Credit Risk management. He has been instrumental in setting up the Credit Bureau Management policy for the Consumer Assets portfolio in addition to being the CCAR coordinator for India. He has been the Country Risk Manager for India Consumer from February 2015. Saikat is an MBA from IISWBM, and worked as an Equity Analyst for two years in a stock broking firm before joining Citibank in July 1996. He is an avid photographer and a birding enthusiast and is often found in the wilderness over the weekends, hunting for that elusive bird in the bush.


  • Satish Mehta

    Satish Mehta is the Co-Founder & Director of Athena Partners Pvt. Ltd. (Formerly Athena Credit Counselling Pvt. Ltd.) which consults in the credit and credit bureau space across geographies and has worked with multiple NBFCs, HFCs and Credit Bureaus in this regard. His experience spanning over 33 years in the areas of housing finance, consumer finance, business development, training, credit information and management consultancy has resulted in the creation of India’s first credit bureau – CIBIL. Satish has worked closely as a consultant, delegate, faculty member with a number of international organisations like the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Nepal, World Bank in Indonesia etc. By education he is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate in science with specialisation in statistics and economics. He is an avid reader and likes to listen to old hindi music.
